What is ME-BYO?
Our physical and mental condition continuously shifts along a spectrum between health and illness. ME-BYO is a term that describes this state. Through ME-BYO management, the summit aims to help build a sustainable society where people enjoy long, healthy lives.
Let’s measure your ME-BYO Index!
The ME-BYO Index uses numerical and other measures to show your current ME-BYO status across four areas: lifestyle, cognitive function, physical function, and mental health and stress. You can take the assessment in your browser.
