Multilingual counseling services are available for victims of violence from spouse, partner, etc.
Kanagawa Prefectural Spousal Violence Counseling and Support Center 090-8002-2949
Languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, Thai
Time and days (excluding year-end and New Year holidays):
10:00 to 1700, Mon. to Sat.
Face-to-face counseling: by 16:00, reservation necessary
Counseling is free of charge (call charge would be borne by the caller), and strictly confidential. Female counselor will be in charge.
