We are a ramen noodle shop with seafood and chicken breasts. Because our seafood is modest, we recommend it for people who do not like fish and shellfish. Our noodles are thin and elastic. The compatibility of egg nectar and soup is also outstanding. The shop owner recommends the salt ramen is blended with four types of salt of Mongolian rock salt, Hakata, Okinawa, Soya, and it is finished in a soup with different umami making the most of the characteristics of each salt.
