The theme is “healing” “nature” “health”. A fish that grew up with plenty of grace with the importance of nature at the Manazuru Peninsula “Hayashi”. Vegetables brought up by fresh sea breeze and sparkling sun. And the menu that uses meat of Ashizu including Mt. Ashizaru is exquisite.
