Kamakura Minemoto Hachimangu-mae Honten

“Kamakura Minemoto”, a famous Japanese restaurant first opened in 1924. In front of the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, ever since first opening, we carefully keep all of the traditions, while keeping in mind that we are a “restaurant of Japanese soba (buckwheat noodles) and Japanese cuisine”. You can use it on your important and special occasions in your life such as shrine visits, Shichigosan (a festival for children of three, five and seven years of age) event, the Coming of Age Ceremony, and more. We have a small room with a Japanese-style alcove space for engagement parties or introduction meetings. There is also a large hall (for about 30 people) for reception parties at the main store and Asahina store. A wide range of menu items are available, from ordinary meals, or for celebration parties, and also kaiseki (light meal served before a ceremonial tea) dishes are available here.
