Here you can have Italian cuisines with plenty of vegetables in a quaint restaurant which is a relocation of an old private house built 450 years ago. A studio is set up inside the area where Shonan beer are brewed, and Japanese sake, bread, sweets, raw pasta, pizza, ham/sausage etc., are produced here. The foodstuffs produced here are used in the restaurant. There is a mountain on the back of this place, where you can enjoy the autumn leaves in autumn, or fresh young leaves entertain your eyes in the season of rebirth of the fresh green.
