Whitebait Simply Scalded and Local Fish Kattobi Main Store
Kattobi, a restaurant managed directly by Kitamura Fisheries, a famous fisherman’s union in Chigasaki, which has three restaurants in the prefecture where you can have whitebait and other fresh seafood that just caught on that day. The main store located in route 134 has a calm atmosphere while being near from the fishing port. They have a tatami mat room that can be used for banquets or parties, with a wide range of menus, from local fisherman’s dishes to course dishes. The so called Chigasaki Gozen is available only for lunch has a numerous variations of whitebait cuisines.
※ When the fishing result is not to good, or during the closed season for fishing, raw shirasu is changed to fresh pickles of shirasu.
