Saisoku Ayase Corn
Saisoku (meaning fastest) corn is harvested before dawn when the sugar content is highest, and is the fastest to arrive on market shelves. Sold under the brand name Ayase Corn, it has a fruity sweetness and tender kernels.
糖度が一番高い夜明け前に収穫し、最速で店頭にならぶ「菜速」トウモロコシ。主な品種はゴールドラッシュで、フルーツ並みの甘み（糖度15から19度）と実の柔らかさが自慢です。
