1 業務内容
本業務は、虐待相談件数の急増、複雑・困難化など、児童相談所を取り巻く環境の変化に対応するとともに、本県の児童相談所職員の事務負荷の軽減を図るため、新たな児童相談所業務システムを最適に設計・構築し、その運用・保守業務の委託を行うものです。

Invitation for public comments on consignment of design, construction, operation and maintenance of the new network system for Kanagawa Prefecture Children’s Counseling Office information
Kanagawa Prefectural Government (K.P.G.) has drafted specifications for consignment of design, construction, operation and maintenance of the new network system for information on Kanagawa Prefecture Children’s Counseling Office and calls for public opinions in accordance with the provision of Kanagawa Prefecture Financial Regulations Article 42-2, Paragraph 3 and 4.
1. Work to be consigned
The number of consultations regarding child abuse is on the rise, and the nature of these cases is becoming increasingly complex and difficult to handle. To address the changes in the situation and reduce the workload on staff, K.P.G. will consign the work of optimal design and construction of a new system for Children’s Counseling Office as well as their operation and maintenance.

1) The language used for the public comment solicitation shall be Japanese.
2) Considering the opinions and comments acquired in the process, we will issue a notice of open competitive bidding using a comprehensive evaluation method.
