Soba Dojyo Matsumotokan
Here is the “Matsumotokan” which promotes the city of Matsumoto, in the Nagano prefecture where the catapar walls are attract attention to a part of the Enoshima Sea Candle (Enoshima Samuel · Cocking Garden). Here you can purchase handmade buckwheat noodles using Shinshu buckwheat flour and Oshiki of Shinshu specialty, and hold classes for experiencing soba noodles every morning and afternoon every Friday. The one – on – one lessons will teach you how to knead, how to hit, and the essence of buckwheat noodles. You can also buy “Soba (about 450 g · 3 servings)” Experience soba noodles.
