OTAKE FARM
To pursue the taste of strawberries, Otake farm uses organic fertilizer at Miura. The day and night ‘s temperature difference is increased, and they invest more time to mature their strawberries carefully. Strawberries of Otake farm are soft and sweet enough even without adding condensed milk.
Various cultivation methods are applied which results in various kinds of strawberries such as the “beni hoppe”, “Yayoi hime”, “OiCberry”, “Yotsubashi”, etc. Also, don’t forget to try their rich strawberry flavored soft cream made with 100% freshly picked strawberries from the farm and handmade strawberry jams.
