EVENT
The 19th Fujisawashuku Yugyounobon
"Fujisawashuku Yugyounobon"—a Bon dance event that serves as a quintessential summer tradition in Fujisawa—will be held in the area around the Fujisawa Station North Exit and at Yugyo-ji Temple.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of traditional dances from across Japan, including the "Yugyou Odori" (based on the ancient "Odori Nenbutsu"), Gujo Odori, Nishimonai Bon Odori, and Awa Odori.
The event also features Bon dancing and Nagashi Odori (processional dancing) open to everyone, as well as delicious food from various stalls.
Come watch, eat, dance, and enjoy the start of summer in Fujisawa!
