Make a call if you have a fever or other symptoms and are unable to consult the family doctor. Staff of the Center will make a reservation of an available medical institution.

Questions to be asked on the phone

We ask for your understanding in advance that we will make some personal questions to introduce you to a most appropriate medical institution.

  • Your name (Family name will be fine.)
  • Phone number (Contact number to notify the details of the reservation)
  • Age (For selecting department of pediatrics or that for adults)
  • Present condition
  • Desired time and date of consultation
  • Desired areas or nearest station of the institution

Counseling center for returnees and persons in close contact with the infected, which served as a call center for suspected patients, was closed. However, K.P.G. COVID-19 Infection Counseling Dial has partly changed its operation hours and accepts calls through 24 hours a day including weekends and nighttime.

Please note!

There have been many calls to Medical Care Reservation Center and the line is extremely busy.  Please call only when you have a fever, cough or sore throat and cannot consult the family doctor so that those who are in trouble in seeing a doctor can reach the center. 

If you are notified that you had a close contact with an infected person by a public health center or “COCOA”, COVID-19 Contact Confirming App., do not call this Reservation Center but follow the instruction given by the public health center. 

Please also note that Medical Care Reservation Center does not make a booking for a PCR test.
