「教育委員会ネットワーク基盤再構築及び運営等監理業務委託」について仕様書案を作成しましたので、神奈川県財務規則第42条の２第３項及び第４項の規定により意見を招請します。
本業務では、文部科学省の示す次世代校務ＤＸの基本方針を踏まえて、児童・生徒の学習面及び教職員の校務面の将来を見据えた戦略的な教育委員会ネットワーク基盤の再構築及び運営等管理業務の委託を行うものです。
1の業務について意見を求めます。
(1) 交付期間
令和８年２月２日(月)から令和８年３月３日(火)まで(土曜日、日曜日及び祝日を除く。)の午前８時30分から正午まで及び午後１時から午後５時15分まで
(2) 交付方法
交付を希望する者は、事前に(3)の問合せ先に連絡の上、本ページの下部にある「資料交付依頼書兼誓約書」（ワード形式）をメールにて提出してください。

(3) 意見書等の様式
仕様書案の交付の際に、併せて意見書等の様式についても交付いたします。
(1) 意見招請手続において使用する言語は、日本語とします。
(2) この意見招請手続で得られた意見を参考にして、総合評価方式による一般競争入札の公告をする予定です。

(2) Delivery of Draft Specifications:
Period: Feb 2th - March 3th, 2026 (excluding weekends and holidays) from 8:30 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 5:15 PM.

(3) Submitting an opinion statement：
Period: The same duration as (2).
Method: Please submit it by email as a general rule. The email address for submission is the same as (2).
Format: The format for the opinion statement will be provided along with the delivery of the proposed specification document.
(4) The language used in the solicitation of opinions will be Japanese.
(5) Based on the opinions obtained through this solicitation, we plan to announce a public competitive bidding process using the comprehensive evaluation method.
