1　業務内容

本業務では、教員の情報共有手段として利用しているグループウェアシステムについて、より効率化を図れるよう開発及び運営業務の委託を行うものです。

2　意見を求める業務

1の業務の仕様書案について意見を求めます。

3　仕様書案の交付

(1) 交付期間

　令和8年5月15日（金曜日）から令和8年6月15日（月曜日）まで（土曜日、日曜日及び祝日を除く。）の午前8時30分から正午まで及び午後1時から午後5時15分まで

(2) 交付方法

　交付を希望する者は、事前に(3)の問合せ先に連絡の上、本ページの下部にある「資料交付依頼書兼誓約書（ワード形式）」をメールにて提出してください。

4　意見書の提出

(1) 提出期間

　3(1)に同じ。

(2) 提出方法

　原則メールで提出してください。

　なお、提出先のメールアドレスは3(2)に同じ。

(3) 意見書等の様式

　仕様書案の交付の際に、併せて意見書等の様式についても交付いたします。

5　その他

(1) 意見招請手続において使用する言語は、日本語とします。

(2) この意見招請手続で得られた意見を参考にして、総合評価方式による一般競争入札の公告をする予定です。

(1) We are seeking opinions on the Groupware System Development and Operation Outsourcing.
(2) Delivery of Draft Specifications:
Period: May 15th - June 15th, 2026 (excluding weekends and holidays) from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:15 PM.

Format: The format for the opinion statement will be provided along with the delivery of the proposed specification document.
(4) The language used in the solicitation of opinions will be Japanese.
(5) Based on the opinions obtained through this solicitation, we plan to announce a public competitive bidding process using the comprehensive evaluation method.
