Concerning the distribution of COVID-19 antigen test kits to families with children

Kanagawa Prefecture will distribute antigen test kits to families with children attending kindergartens, nursery schools, elementary schools, and special needs schools. Tests are easy to do and can be completed at home.

Test kits should be used when a child or another family member shows symptoms of a cold, such as fever, cough or sore throat.

Please do not use the kit when none of the symptoms such as fever are present.

Also, never allow children with fever or other symptoms to attend kindergartens, daycare centers, or schools.
