2026 ME-BYO Day - Spring Challenge in BIOTOPIA to Be Held on March 20th

Kanagawa Prefectural Government (K. P. G.) regards that one’s physical and mental condition shifts continuously somewhere between health and illness. Defining this process as “ME-BYO,” K. P. G. encourages the residents to take actions to improve their own ME-BYO status.¹⁾ Now, the event entitled, 2026　ME-BYO Day – Spring Challenge in BIOTOPIA, is to be held on Friday, March 20th at ME-BYO Valley in Oi-machi.          

The event features more than forty programs that young children to adults can enjoy as they learn more about ME-BYO. A wide variety of programs and venues are available, including stand-up comedy shows, craft workshops, sport lessons, stamp rallies, e-sports and the booth to check your ME-BYO status. Also, you may want to try some sample food and drinks and/or stop by at snack stalls for lunch. Let’s get together at the ME-BYO Day event for special experiences!²⁾

2026未病の日　スプリングチャレンジinビオトピアを開催します！

神奈川県では、心身の状態を健康と病気の間を連続的に変化するものとして捉え、この過程を表す概念を「未病」として、日常生活での「未病改善」の取り組みを奨励しています。¹⁾そこで、大井町にある未病バレー「ビオトピア」で3月20日（金・祝）に地域イベント「2026未病の日　スプリングチャレンジinビオトピア」を開催します。

「未病」について学びながら、子供から大人まで楽しめる40以上のプログラムがビオトピアに集結します。コメディアンによるお笑いステージ、工作体験などの各種ワークショップ、スポーツ教室、スタンプラリー、eスポーツ体験会、未病測定・相談ブース、キッチンカー、試飲・試食・販売など、盛りだくさんです。皆様も笑って学べる特別な１日を体験してみませんか？^２）
